LUKASZ CHROBOK: Euphoria and Madness.

Paintings and installations.

We show a solo exhibition of the Hamburg based artist Lukasz Chrobok. Titled "Euphoria and Madness" paintings, installations and objects will be seen.
In a series of paintings photographic fragments are withdrawn from the anonymity of the world wide web. Snapshots from groupie parties and cellphone images are transformed in real paintings on canvas.
Lukasz Chrobok was born 1976 in Poland, and moved to Hamburg in 1983. 1998 to 2004 he studied there at the "Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften" (University for Applied Sciences), student of Hans Hansen and Ute Mahler. In 2004 he got his diploma in photography, and since then works as a freelance artist.
